Some people call it Maple Butter we happen to call it Maple Cream. No matter what you call our maple spread, it's creamy sweet and delicious and only contain one thing, Pure Saratoga Maple Syrup.
We make Maple Cream by heating the syrup up past the boiling point, then cool it rapidly using stream fed spring water. While it cools we whip it until starts to gloss over and becomes the spreadable maple butter texture everyone knows. It's like maple cream candy paste!
To add a special touch, sometimes we use our barrel aged bourbon maple syrup and make bourbon maple cream! This bourbon maple butter is amazing on a burger or toast or even some sugar cookies.
Most people who buy maple cream can't get enough of it! We have a few customers who buy maple cream weekly to eat it right out of the jar. What you do with your maple butter once it's out of our hands, is up to you!
