Maple Syrup Brussel Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
• 2 tbsp. real maple syrup from Saratoga Maple
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Easy Maple Brussel Recipe Instructions:
Air Fryer:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the sprouts evenly.
3. Place the brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, or until the sprouts are crispy and tender.
Oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the sprouts evenly.
3. Place the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are crispy and tender.
